Our private, sandy beach, located on Sebago Lake’s 47 square miles of spring fed water, provides a perfect setting for swimming, boating, skiing and fishing. The gradual slope of the lake bed is ideal for children and inexperienced swimmers.

Douglas Mountain Nature Preserve is nearby, for a little hiking and impressive views of the Lake and mountains.

Good restaurants are as close as Sebago (3 miles), Naples (8 miles) and Gorham (18 miles). Supermarkets and laundromats are as close as Naples and Standish (11 miles). There is a general store, with breakfast and lunch counter, located across the road, and another general store with deli and pizza 3 miles away.
