Lodge and Cottages Layout

Rentals: 2-night minimum stay. No rentals for only Friday and Saturday during July and August.

Maximum Occupancy for each bedroom is two people, including children, not including infants.

Infant Cribs are available. If you need one, let us know when you make your reservation.

Day and Overnight Guests must register in the office on arrival.

All rubbish / garbage must be placed in plastic bags and put in the dumpster located in the rear of the property. Plastic bags are supplied.

QUIET TIME – 10 P.M. to 10 A.M.
CHECK- IN TIME 3:00 P.M.
CHECK-OUT TIME 10:00 A.M.

Deposits:

A deposit of 50% of total rental is required on all reservations. Balance is due on arrival and registration. Cash or check only, no credit cards.

Cancellation:

Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days before scheduled arrival date, less a $25 service charge. If less than 30 days notification is given, refund is subject to re-rental of scheduled time period, less a $50 service charge.
